不可理喻的態度讓大家都氣到想打醒他
林全11日在行政院院會說，今年上半年兩季景氣都不太理想，第3季應會改善；政府會加強力道提振經濟景氣，其中最重要的是政府支出，他指示各部會在下半年加速執行公共建設。
林全12日上午在行政院受訪，被問到預估今年GDP可否「保1」？林全指出，現階段看，有些機構對能不能「保1」看起來不是那麼樂觀，但現在才8月，還有好幾個月可努力，希望景氣走出谷底，開始有些復甦跡象，行政院會努力。
林全強調，關鍵在於改善經濟結構，才能帶動長期成長。短期部分，僅是在不景氣時，政府可做些努力，讓不景氣情形稍微緩和一下，還是要從結構性競爭力著手。至於聘請155名政務顧問，林全表示，政務顧問是無給職，他知道上一任請了200多名政務顧問。很多人會認為無給職顧問是榮譽，他們對很多公共事務也很熱心。有很多政務顧問是他過去在智庫時提供寶貴意見的學者，由他們任行政院政務顧問有很大幫助。2016/8/12
